Welcome to the official site of the Rosen Method International Journal
The Rosen Method International Journal is intended for in-depth articles related to Rosen Method and is meant to be inclusive of the worldwide Rosen community and of both bodywork and movement. The journal is available only on-line at this website, and is free and open access. Each article can be read on-line or can be downloaded and printed. The journal is approved and sponsored by the Rosen Institute.
The Rosen Method International Journal publishes articles for and about students, practitioners and teachers of Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement. The journal seeks to publish articles substantially about Rosen Method in the form of case reports, historical essays, innovations in teaching and treatment methods, discussions of theory and practice, reviews of scientific findings, original research, and book reviews. Call for submissions for the second issue of the RMIJ: Although authors are invited to submit articles at any time, the deadline for submitting an article for the second issue of the RMIJ is January 31, 2009. For more information, see submitting articles.
Call for commentaries on articles in the first issue of the RMIJ: Beginning in the second issue of the RMIJ, which will be published in Spring, 2009, we will have a section of commentaries on articles from the previous issue. If you would like to comment on any of the articles in the current issue – to agree, disagree, or discuss – please submit a written commentary to me [ editor@rosenjournal.org ] by January 31, 2009. Commentaries should be in the form of a WORD document and no more than two pages in length. Please include your name and your level of certification within the Rosen community.
